Oh hey, shorts season! When did you make an appearance? I had to dust these babies off, but I’m not made about it. Although I’m still clinging on to my long sleeves, I am making my way toward embracing this hot (okay humid) weather. I guess I’ll save my long sleeves for the below zero temperatures that my husband keeps our apartment at.
I have basically been living in, what my friend calls, this “hacker hat.” As you know I’m a fan of all things streamlined and clean (basic?) and this hat was a perfect addition to my closet. Not only can you dress it up by pairing it with a fitted skirt and loose top, but you can also pair it perfectly with a swim suit on the lake when your hair can’t handle the heat. It goes with EVERYTHING. And believe me.. I’ve worn it with everything.
The rest of this look I wanted to play around with a style a little further from my norm (um, ripped denim and casual tops). I absolutely love the bell sleeves and am already planning multiple uses out of this top. Can you believe I got this from SheInside?
